We spent a rigorous amount of time coming to this price point. As contractors ourselves, we know the long list of monthly expenses that constantly taunt us. In order to keep improving Omelo, we had to charge something. This allows us to build Omelo based on our users, not investors. We believe the value of Omelo will outweigh the $5 cost.
How do subscriptions work?
You can cancel your Omelo subscription at any time for any reason. We want you to be sure of the value it has on your professional life before you buy it so we offer a 1 month trial period.
Does my client need to sign up?
No need for signups. In fact, they don't even have to learn a new platform. We wanted to make the learning barrier as simple as possible so we designed Omelo to require only one person (project owner) to manage the project timeline.
Can I have multiple projects at once?
Yes. We've designed Omelo to have two primary views: the project view and the life view (everything on one timeline). We've experienced the value of having personal and professional events on one timeline. Life isn't fragment so neither should your timelines be.
How does Omelo work?
Omelo requires one party to sign up, the project owner. Once signed up, the project owner will add project deliverables and tag an responsible party to complete it on time. From there, Omelo will send notifications to the responsible party and the project owner. If a deliverable is missed, the project owner can choose to move the timeline back. Projects are completed when every deliverable is complete.
Are you guys hiring?
We are always interested in bringing people on our team. We are a small team bootstrapping Omelo and if that's the environment where you thrive, please feel free to reach out.
